Part Time Marketing and Web Support Assistant

Management Health Solutions of Fairfield, CT is seeking a Part-time, entry level, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing and Web Site Assistant to implement and execute marketing projects. This position will maintain the company website, initiate web-based marketing programs, create and update company marketing/sales materials and provide traditional marketing support to the organization. This is a part-time position, located in our Fairfield, CT office and we are seeking candidates local to Fairfield.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company website for content and creative

• Update and maintain sales and marketing collateral

• Execute online marketing campaigns and email campaigns

• Write press releases and other company marketing materials

• Assist with website design and development

• Campaign management and results analysis

• Ensure flawless execution of print and email marketing

• Assist senior management with product and new business development through marketing campaigns within power point presentations and print materials

• Additional sales and marketing special projects assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years marketing or related business experience

• Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, business or related field

• Demonstrated project management and problem solving skills

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite)

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Experienced with Dreamweaver and HTML

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization and administration skills

• Ability to learn new systems (Salesforce.com) and grow within our organization

• Sales background a plus as is experience with SalesForce.com

• Healthcare industry experience a plus
